2 cups of water
2 Tbs golden flax seed (ground up in coffee grinder) (Omega 3′s fats and Fiber)
1 Tbs hemp seed  (protein)
1 tsp. Maca powder (Aztec power food) optional (protein) (helps balance hormones too)
1 Tbs Health Force Super Foods Vitamineral Green 100% organic (optional) (Algae-Spirulina & Chlorella adds more protein) Whew! A lot of protein in this smoothie.
1 Tbs Chia seed (soaked) (protein)
1 Tbs Sun Warrior Plus Raw Plant-Based Protein Powder

Handful of Fresh or Frozen blueberries (organic)
Few fresh Strawberries if available (organic)
Few slices of fresh ginger (Yum!) (stabilizes blood sugar)
1 stalk of celery
7 stem tops of parsley
Handful of baby spinach
Handul of Kale  or Chard

1 or 2 cloves of Garlic (immune booster)

1 Avocado (good fat)

1 Tbs Bee Pollen ( B complex vitamins)  Thank the honeybees for all that energy!
